Terms of Service

The short version

• BestieTest is a free quiz tool. No account needed.
• Don't post anything illegal, hateful, sexual, violent, or that harasses anyone — especially children.
• We can remove any quiz that breaks these rules, without warning.
• Your quiz is yours: edit or delete it anytime. Inactive quizzes auto-delete after 100 days.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create a quiz. Quizzes about under-18s are not allowed.

1. The service

BestieTest lets you create personal quizzes and share them via a link. Creating and taking quizzes is free and anonymous — we do not require accounts.

2. Your content

You keep ownership of the quizzes you create. By publishing a quiz you grant us a limited license to display, distribute, and cache it (including via our CDN) so the service works. This license ends when you delete the quiz.

3. Prohibited content

You must not create or share quizzes containing: sexual content; content involving minors in any sexual, humiliating, or harassing context (zero tolerance); hate speech or harassment; violent threats; illegal content; others' copyrighted material without permission; spam, scams, or phishing links.

4. Moderation

We use automated filters and human review. We may remove or disable any quiz at our discretion, without notice. Repeat offenders lose the ability to create quizzes. Anyone can report a quiz.

5. Anonymous model

Ownership of a quiz is tied to a secret manage link stored on your device. If you lose it, we cannot verify you are the creator and cannot restore access. Keep it safe.

6. Auto-expiry

Quizzes with no activity for 100 days are permanently deleted.

7. Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service: no bots mass-creating quizzes, no scraping, no attempts to break or overload the platform, no interfering with other users' quizzes.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
